Behavioral Health Services
The Guidance Center provides primary care medical services for our members through our Integrated Care Clinic. Members are seen by a licensed Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in our new, beautiful exam rooms. Services include:
- General health conditions of a medical nature- diabetes mellitus, hypertension, skin conditions, gastric conditions, Women’s health exam, etc.
- Coordination of care with TGC psychiatric providers, ACT Team, SARRP Unit, BHRF
- Medication management
- Medicare Annual Wellness Visit
- Laboratory services
- Specialist referrals and coordination of continued care
Pharmacy
The Guidance Center provides pharmacy services for our members through Genoa, a QoL Healthcare Company. Genoa is able to fulfill all of The Guidance Center’s members' medication needs on‐site to ensure our members receive the best possible care.
Our pharmacy provides these services for our members:
- Convenient On‐Site Location
- Ability to Fill All Medications, including primary care medications
- Easy Prescription Transfers
- Medication Counseling
- Prior Authorization Assistance
- After Hour On‐Call Service
- Medication Delivery via Mail
- Personalized Refill Reminder Call Program
- Assistance with Insurance Plans, including Medicare Part D
- Convenient Adherence Packaging to Improve Medication Utilization
