Adult Services

The overall goal of Adult Services is to improve the behavioral health of adults, who are 18 and over, with serious mental illnesses or other mental health problems through the provision of high quality, cost-effective outpatient services.

Services offered include:

  • Individual/Group and Family Counseling
  • Case Management & Dedicated Case Management: in the home, office, and/or in the community
  • Outpatient individual and group sessions: In the home, office, and/or in the community
  • Life Skills: individual and group sessions: In the home, office, and/or in the community
  • Health Promotion
  • Evaluation and Diagnosis
  • Vocational Rehabilitation Services
  • Personal Assistance and Peer Support
