Clinical

Psychiatrist - 1 Full Time Positions - Flagstaff
Provides general psychiatric services to children & adults, including psychiatric evaluations, both routine &
emergency, medications & medication management, forensic and Title 36 psychiatric evaluations & court
testimony. Provide on-call crisis coverage for after hours, provide psychiatric services in the Psychiatric Acute
Care; Evaluate medical issues.
Required: MD/DO Trained in General Psychiatry, 4 yrs. (verified). Fulfillment of
required 20 hrs. CME per yr. (on file). Current Arizona MD License. Satisfactory completion of 4 yr General
Psychiatry residency program.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - 1 Full Time Positions - Flagstaff
Provides supervision and direct patient care for clients presently in crisis, both in-patient and out-patient care to
work effectively with treatment and administrative teams toward treatment goals.
Required: MS in Nursing, ANP
Certification. RN License. DEA License.


Adult Case Manager - 1 Full Time Positions - Flagstaff
The primary function of this position is to provide services for seriously mentally ill and adult mental health
clients through coordination efforts with other clinical team members, supervised/independent living, and others
within the community. Home and community visits are an expectation of the position. This position will be
expected to maintain an acceptable level of productivity (60%) as measured by billable hours/service value. The
focus of this position is to provide frequent intervention and support to stabilize this population.
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in a field related to behavioral health or Bachelor's degree and at least one year of full-time
behavioral health work experience or Associates Degree and at least two years of behavioral health experience
or High School Diploma and 4 years experience in the behavioral health field. Current driver's license and able
to pass MVR screening. Preferred: One (1) year of case management experience. Prior experience with the
Seriously Mentally Ill population. Experience providing crisis services.


Adult Services Utilization Review Specialist - 1 Full Time Positions - Flagstaff
The primary function of this position is to perform utilization review activities for inpatient and outpatient adult
behavioral services. Makes determinations of medical necessity and appropriateness of service intensity.
Coordinates the prior authorization process for higher levels of care. Collects and monitors utilization data for an
18-bed acute psychiatric facility. Independently identifies problems, inefficiencies and trends associated with
service utilization. Recommends changes to policies associated with managing utilization. Tracks costs
associated with out-of-home placement for adult service recipients. Functions as part of an adult inpatient
multidisciplinary team for purposes of discharge planning and continued sty review. Responsible for submitting


weekly out-of-home placement reports to the Regional Behavioral Health Authority. Serves as a member of the
Utilization Management Team. Must possess exemplary verbal and written communication skills and interacts
with all behavioral healthcare disciplines in a fast paced environment.
Required: High school plus a minimum to
two years experience in general office work or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to
coordinate projects as assigned. Strong office skills, i.e. Computer experience office machines, copy machines
and facsimile machine. Proficient in Microsoft Office Software Applications. Organizational and time management
skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to adjust to changes in policies, procedures and personnel.
Preferred: Bachelors degree. Prior experience working in medical or mental health or related human services
setting. Experience or training in minutes and meeting management.


EMT - 1 Part Time Position - Flagstaff
The primary function of this position is to provide initial medical assessment and triage for client care, continued
monitoring of client status throughout their stay, and decision making responsibilities regarding client
disposition. Will also assist in client groups, behavioral health enrollments, provide transportation, assist clients
in daily living activities, provide social activities, monitor and supervise client activity and provide other direct
client services.
Required: High School Diploma or GED. Current EMT Certification and CPR certification. Valid
Arizona Drivers License and ability to obtain TGC Drivers Card.


Behavioral Health Specialist (Intake Triage and Recovery Unit) - PRN Position - Flagstaff
The primary function of this position is to provide care and safety to adults placed in. Care includes providing a
therapeutic and educational program via Educational Protocols, assisting with recreational programs of clients,
careful monitoring of clients, assisting clients with transport needs.
Required: High School Diploma or GED. Six
Months Full time Behavioral Health related work experience. Valid Arizona Drivers License with good driving
record. Able to obtain cardiopulmonary (CPR) Card within 30 days of hire. Able to obtain non-violent crisis
intervention (CIT, parts 1&2) certification within 30 days of hire. 21 Years of age or older.


Substance Abuse Specialist - 1 Full Time Positions - Flagstaff - INTERNAL ONLY
Provides case management, outpatient counseling, and other supportive covered services to eligible adult
clients. Maintains client records and required paperwork. An acceptable level of revenue and productivity and is
expected to be maintained as measured by billable hours/service value. Provides services according to The
Guidance Center Clinical Accountability Standards and Level of Care Guidelines
. Required: Bachelors Degree
in Behavioral Health related field. Experience in providing counseling to a broad range of clients. Knowledge of
DMS IV diagnosis and treatment skills. Valid Arizona Driver License and able to pass TGC MVR screening.
Preferred: 1-3 years of experience in substance abuse or behavioral health setting.

Psychiatric Hospital RN or LPN - 3 PRN Positions - Flagstaff
The primary function of the RN or LPN is to provide care and safety to adults placed in PAC (Psychiatric Acute
Care) Unit, the ITU (Intake Triage Unit), and the Recovery unit. Care includes dispensing medications as
ordered by TGC physician, performing Accu-Checks, supporting a therapeutic community and educational
program. (RN) performing lab tests and supervising staff LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) and BHS (Behavioral
Health Specialist) in the performance of their duties. (LPN) supervising staff in the performance of their duties
when R.N. shift supervisor is not on duty.
Required: Current and valid Arizona Board of Nursing license without
restrictions. Ability to be certified in CPR. 1 year in Psychiatric Health Setting.


Recovery Support Specialist - 4 Part Time Positions - Flagstaff
The purpose of this position is to assist adults with a serious mental illness or with a serious substance abuse

problem to access needed treatment and services. This position also is intended to provide or assist in
accessing services specified in the service plans of the consumer. This position will require a flexible working
schedule.
Required: High School Diploma or GED. Valid Arizona Drivers License with good driving record. Able
to obtain cardiopulmonary (CPR) Card within 30 days of hire. Able to obtain non-violent crisis intervention (CIT,
parts 1&2) certification within 30 days of hire. 21 Years of age or older. Previous/current involvement in
behavioral health as a recipient of or a family member of a recipient of services. Able to complete Wellness
recovery action plan training within 90 days of hire. Able to complete Peer Employment Training before
employment or within 90 days of hire.
